Craig Shealy is the Chairman and Managing Partner of BlackCreek Group.  Currently, his primary focus is serving as the President, CEO and Director of Osage Bio Energy.  Craig has spent his career developing and managing businesses operating in high growth markets. Prior to co-founding Osage Bio Energy in 2006, Craig was a member of the senior management team of Nextel Partners where he was responsible for the company’s largest business unit with over $1.5 billion per year in revenues. In addition, Craig developed and led the company’s Smart Growth program which was responsible for turning around the company’s relatively under-performing markets – a program that yielded up to 100% improvements in both revenue run rates and profitability in less than 1 year.  Nextel Partners was sold to Sprint Nextel for $9.6 billion, producing an up to 10x return for several of its private equity investors.  Previously, he was Sr. Manager of Corporate Development & Strategy at Microsoft where he co-managed an investment portfolio worth approximately $10 billion in cable, wireless and telecom holdings. He also served as internal advisor to several business units on strategy and business planning.  Prior to Microsoft, he was a co-founding team member of a leading private-equity backed telecom start-up in Europe and Latin America where he was responsible for developing over $1 billion of capital projects. Craig is a graduate of Princeton University with an A.B. in History.
